The SUMMER consortium runs an annual summer-school open for PhD students, Post Doctoral fellows and young medical doctors, but also group leaders, interested in an interdisciplinary approach to computer supported radiotherapy planning. The second SUMMER summer-school will take place in Lille from July 8th to 12th 2013. Members of the SUMMER consortium and invited speakers will give lectures on medical image acquisition, radiation oncology physics, biological target volume, dose planning and painting, image processing, visualization and ergonomics.
